My Story.png
My path into this work has been shaped by both professional training and personal experience. As a child, I was often described as a "worrier" and struggled with anxiety and self-doubt.

Although I grew up in a loving family, I couldn’t understand where these feelings came from and often carried a sense of not being "enough".

Through my own therapeutic journey, I came to understand how early experiences can shape the beliefs we hold about ourselves - and how, with the right support, these patterns can be changed.

In my early twenties, I experienced the loss of two close friends. Although I did not fully process the impact of these bereavements at the time, they later became an important part of my own healing journey and ultimately led me towards psychotherapy.

Today, this personal understanding sits alongside my professional training and experience.  It informs the warmth, care and respect I bring to my work, while keeping the focus firmly on you, your needs and your pace.

Making sense of it all.png
People often come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure why they keep repeating the same emotional or behavioural patterns. My aim is to help you make sense of what is happening, understand where these patterns may have come from, and begin to create space for something different.

My Experience.png
I am a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) Practitioner, offering a supportive and compassionate space for people to explore their challenges, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring the work to each individual. Alongside this, I am trained in RTT®, which I integrate where appropriate to help explore the subconscious. This can help bring greater clarity to the roots of emotional difficulties, while also supporting meaningful
and lasting change.

At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy should feel safe, respectful, and non-judgemental. It offers a space to feel heard, reconnect with yourself, and move towards greater emotional balance and self-compassion.
