Client session records, including assessment information, session notes, correspondence and appointment records, are retained for 7 years after the end of therapy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or professional requirements.

Financial and payment records are retained for 6 years in accordance with UK tax and accounting obligations.

Website analytics data is retained in accordance with the settings of the analytics provider and is used only to monitor and improve website performance.
After the applicable retention period has expired, records are securely deleted or destroyed. You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal, professional, insurance, safeguarding, or regulatory obligations requiring its retention.
