1 INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Fiona Croston Therapy (“I”, “me”, “my”).

Please read these Terms & Conditions which apply to the provision of my professional services. By booking a session or engaging in services, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with booking or receiving services.
These terms are designed to provide clarity, professionalism, and a safe therapeutic environment for all clients.
2 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Fiona Croston Therapy provides Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), Hypnotherapy and related wellbeing sessions.

3 DISCLAIMER
Psychotherapy and RTT® are supportive therapeutic approaches designed to assist emotional wellbeing and personal development. However, therapy is a collaborative process and client engagement plays an important role in achieving desired outcomes. While many clients experience positive change, results may vary between individuals and no specific results can be guaranteed.
Services are not a substitute for emergency medical, psychiatric, or crisis care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require urgent medical support, please contact your GP, emergency services, or an appropriate crisis support service. Clients remain responsible for decisions made during and after therapy.
4 AGE RESTRICTIONS
Services are offered only to individuals aged 18 years and over. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5 CLIENT SUITABILITY AND HEALTH INFORMATION
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their physical and mental health, including any diagnoses, medications, or ongoing medical treatment that may be relevant to the therapeutic work.
Please inform me if you:
  • are receiving psychiatric treatment
  • are under the care of a mental health team
  • have a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, epilepsy, dissociative disorders, or severe mental illness
  • are experiencing suicidal thoughts or significant psychological distress
I reserve the right to determine whether my services are appropriate for your circumstances and may recommend alternative or additional support where necessary.
6 FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
I offer a complimentary 20-minute telephone or online consultation to discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and explore whether psychotherapy and/or RTT® may be the right approach for you. This consultation provides an opportunity for us to determine whether we are a good fit to work together and to discuss the most appropriate next steps. During these calls, estimates of the number of sessions required to deal with your presenting issue are given on the basis of the information presented at that time. Estimates are only rough guidelines and are subject to change.  Please note that this is an introductory consultation and does not constitute a therapy session or formal assessment.
